Ombre Ruffle Cake

This was a really fun project. I enjoyed making this cake for a lovely 4-year old girl. A cake fit for a Queen or Princess! 4-layer purple ombre ruffle cake with swiss buttercream frosting and edible crown. The crown was made with fondant and the gems were made of hard candy.
